Shipping Information
All products will be dispatched within two business days and shipped via Australia Post. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your parcel's journey through Australia Post's tracking system.
Towel Collection
We hope you love your new sand-free beach towels. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange any items that are unused and unwashed within 30 days of purchase.
Return Instructions:
- Contact us at hello@kaspian.co with your order details.
- We will respond within one business day with instructions for your exchange or return.
- Once we receive your returned items at our warehouse, we will automatically process your refund back to your original payment method.
