Sandless Beach Towel: Do Sandless Beach Towels Work
Share
DO YOUR MICROFIBRE TOWELS ACTUALLY DRY YOU?
Absolutely, microfiber towels do dry you! Although their silky smooth suede texture might make you skeptical at first, they are highly effective. To achieve the best absorbency, it's crucial to wash your towel a few times before its first use. With each wash, the towel's absorbency improves!
Suede microfiber works similarly to a chamois. Rather than rubbing yourself dry, try a patting action. When you press the towel against any wet area, you'll feel the water being quickly absorbed into the fabric!
HOW DOES A SAND-FREE BEACH TOWEL WORK?
Suede microfiber differs from cotton and standard microfiber towels because it lacks loops in the fabric. This flat and smooth surface prevents sand, seaweed, and other debris from sticking to your towel!
When the towel is saturated, you might notice some sand clinging to it. However, a quick shake will dislodge most of it. Any remaining sand particles will fall off completely as the towel dries!
WHAT IS SUEDE MICROFIBER AND WHY IS IT DIFFERENT?
Unlike other microfiber or cotton towels, suede microfiber is thinner, which makes it much lighter, more compact, and faster to dry than other towels. After a few washes, suede microfiber becomes incredibly absorbent, allowing you to pat dry in seconds.
The fabric's tight weave creates a smooth, loop-free surface, enhancing its resistance to sand. This also provides a luxuriously silky soft feel, unlike other microfiber towels that can feel 'sticky' to the touch.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY ITEMS?
BEACH TOWELS, BATH TOWELS
- Machine Wash: Please machine wash separately before first use in a cool gentle cycle, no hotter than 30°C.
- Air Dry: We recommend air drying instead of tumble drying, as excessive heat can damage the microfibers and reduce their absorbency over time.
- Avoid Fabric Softeners: Fabric softeners can impair the long-term performance of the fabric.
- Handle with Care: Avoid contact with rough surfaces to prevent fraying. Additionally, do not hang towels from their loops for extended periods in strong winds to prevent tearing.
